1) Overview

• The flat spot phenomenon is a characteristic that occurs when a tire is stationary for a long time under the load of a vehicle, and the tire tread part in contact with the ground does not recover to its original shape and changes flatly.
• This test equipment is for evaluating the degree of flat spot according to the structure of the tire using temperature/time and load conditions as variables to reproduce the flat spot phenomenon.
